Who we are
T & D Decorators Ltd is a painting and decorating contractor based at Forest Court, Gamble Street, Nottingham, NG7 4EX. For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at tandddecorators@gmail.com or on +44 7713 416586.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.
- Chat assistant: if you use the chat on our site, the messages you type are processed to generate replies. If you choose to leave your name and contact details, they are passed to our team so we can respond.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use your information
We use the details you give us solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange surveys or consultations, and prepare quotations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Who processes it
- Formspree (formspree.io) handles enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Cloudflare and Anthropic provide the infrastructure and language model behind our chat assistant. Chat messages are processed to generate replies and are not used to train models.
- Lead details from the chat assistant are forwarded securely to our team.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, after which they are deleted from our systems. Our form provider (Formspree) and messaging tools retain copies according to their own retention policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tandddecorators@gmail.com and we'll respond promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
